FB: 2/17

Today I missed breakfast (I usually don't like eating in the morning, not sure why)

For lunch I had Panda Express with chow mein (490g), orange chicken (420g), and mandarin chicken (310g). I also had a medium Dr. Pepper which was 281g.

For dinner I had a homemade fajita with carne asada, cheese, beans, bell peppers and sour cream. I added up some of the ingredients and estimated others, and I got around 790 calories.

The total for the day is 2291 out of 2449 calories (93%). Much more filling than the past few days.
