So today I had a late breakfast/early lunch of Chicken and sausage gumbo (one of my favorites)
The calories are 150g/serving, with 2 servings so its 300 calories
My late lunch/early dinner was 4 pieces of KFC chicken
The calories for this (with the help of KFC's fantastic calculator) are 720g total
I also had can of root beer at 170 calories
In total I had 1190 out of 2449 calories (48%) needed for me; pretty low for what I need to keep going
