Woke up late so no breakfast

For lunch I ate some cup ramen which is 180 calories

For a snack I had a few pizza rolls at about 225 calories

For dinner I had beef something with mashed potatoes and peas at about 990 calories

The total today is 1395 out of 2449 calories (56%)
